Vernia Hawes doesn't just volunteer; she transforms communities with her innovative spirit. As a dedicated Lifebridge board member and servant leader at New Birth Outreach church, Vernia brings her passion for service wherever she goes.

Her leadership truly shone when she took charge of our Registration team for both the 2024 and 2025 Build Summits. With fresh eyes and a leader's heart, Vernia revolutionized our registration process, introducing game-changing ideas that made the experience seamless for participants. Her ability to step in and immediately make things better? That's pure Vernia magic.

When she's not busy changing lives in the community, you might catch Vernia tackling her latest challenge - a mind-boggling 10,000-piece puzzle! (Because apparently, organizing complex events wasn't challenging enough!) LOL We're not sure what's the largest puzzle Vernia has tackled!
